Sports Directions

Cheerleading

Cheerleading is a form of competitive sport in which athletes participate in competitions by performing complex choreographed routines that include acrobatic elements, demonstrating a high level of skill. This sport has its own associations, rules, and scoring standards, and it differs from cheerleading performed at sporting events to support teams.

Cheerleading includes the following characteristics:

  • Choreography: Athletes perform intricate dance routines that often involve fast and synchronized dance movements.
  • Acrobatics: Elements of acrobatics, such as lifts, jumps, and spins, are a significant part of the program.
  • Team Support: Cheerleaders also support sports teams and fans, but their performances are judged as a separate competition.
  • Judging and Scoring: Judges evaluate performances at competitions, considering technical execution, choreography, acrobatics, and other aspects.

Cheerleading enhances physical fitness, coordination, flexibility, endurance, and team spirit, as well as mental toughness. This sport requires high concentration and synchronization among participants. Cheerleading is popular in many countries and has its own competitive events and championships.

Kickboxing

Kickboxing is a form of combat sport in which participants use kicks and punches for both offensive and defensive purposes. This sport combines elements of boxing and Eastern martial arts, creating a wide range of striking and blocking techniques.

The key characteristics of kickboxing include:

  • Kicks: Athletes employ various kicking techniques, including high and low kicks, to attack their opponents.
  • Punches: Kickboxers execute punches, as well as combined strikes involving elbows and knees.
  • Blocking: Competitors learn to block their opponent’s strikes to minimize damage.
  • Technical Combinations: Kickboxing also involves diverse technical combinations of strikes and evasive maneuvers.

Kickboxing is practiced in both amateur and professional competitions. It is popular among individuals seeking to improve their physical fitness, learn self-defense skills, and develop their combat abilities. Additionally, this sport instills discipline, self-control, and respect for opponents.

Taekwondo ITF

Taekwondo is a Korean martial art of unarmed self-defense that incorporates a striking technique of kicks and a wide variety of leg techniques. It is renowned for being one of the most effective and visually appealing striking martial arts. What sets Taekwondo apart from other combat sports is its lower risk of injury. In Taekwondo, all strikes must be controlled by the athletes, and the level of force is regulated (knockouts are prohibited). Additionally, practitioners train and compete in specialized protective gear.

Principles of Taekwondo:

  • Honesty: Everyone should be able to distinguish truth from falsehood.
  • Perseverance: A happy person is always persevering and works hard.
  • Self-Control: Loss of self-control leads to unpredictable consequences.
  • Indomitable Spirit: In stressful situations, one should be honest and resolute.

•          Courtesy: It is important to be polite, eliminate bad habits, and treat everyone with respect.

Martial Arts for Adults

Adult striking martial arts include fundamental techniques from Taekwondo, kickboxing, and boxing. Training in striking martial arts develops all muscle groups, boosts self-confidence, and promotes a positive mood. Classes are available for both men and women.

Striking martial arts significantly improve overall physical fitness. You’ll spend time in the company of like-minded individuals who care about their health, maintaining a fit physique, and leading a healthy lifestyle.

During classes, there is always an individualized approach, with special attention given to developing your abilities. Our sessions create a friendly atmosphere, enhance your body’s functional capabilities, and unlock your potential.

Sports Choreography (2-4 years)

Sporting choreography is a captivating sports discipline that combines elements of showmanship and stage performance. The training program is diverse, encompassing aerobic exercises, stretching, and dance choreography, including spins, jumps, cartwheels, bridges, as well as the fundamentals of acting and acrobatics!

Key aspects of the training process include:

  • Stretching and flexibility training.
  • Strengthening the core muscles.
  • Acrobatic elements such as jumps, swings, and turns.
  • Choreography.

Sporting choreography is an ideal way to develop coordination, as it involves elements of gymnastics and rhythmic movements. It also positively influences the emotional aspect, fostering team spirit and mutual understanding among participants.

Our club offers a unique opportunity for your child to try various sports disciplines for free, allowing them to make their own choice. For boys, we offer classes in Taekwondo and Kickboxing, while girls can choose between Cheerleading, Taekwondo, and Kickboxing

A child's body is in an active phase of development and growth. It's completely normal for them to have a lot of energy that needs to be channeled in the right direction. Sports, professional instructors, and the development of discipline and self-control are exactly what a child needs in such a situation

The number of children in a group depends on the age category of the participants, the training year, and the size of the training facility. Some groups accommodate up to 14 children, while others may have 20-25 participants

The optimal number of training sessions for a beginner athlete is 2-3 times a week, ideally 3 times a week. When deciding on the intensity of the training process, it's essential to consider the child's ability to handle the workload. After a trial class, the coach will provide personalized recommendations regarding your child's training schedule

The cost of classes starts from $200 per month, depending on the chosen discipline and the number of weekly sessions. The first trial class in any discipline is free of charge. Payment can be made in cash or through electronic payment methods

Our club's payment system allows for the purchase of memberships or payment for individual classes. Monthly memberships are valid from the first to the last day of the month, and deductions or rescheduling of classes are not available. Maintaining a child's interest in any educational process is one of the main pedagogical tasks. A child will never engage effectively in something if the learning process is not organized correctly. Our school has a comprehensive motivational model in place. Children prepare for and participate in competitions from local to international levels. We have developed a serious system of internal team traditions, rewards, achievements within the team, rules, principles, and symbolism. Every year, we organize two celebrations for children and their parents: "New Year in the Team" and "Summing up the Sports Season," as well as summer camps. Children undergo formation within a strong team, where proper interpersonal relationships are formed, which is especially important in today's stressful external environment

During training, our coaches provide each child with the opportunity to feel important and empowered. Our methodology is aimed at building strong friendships within the sports team. We are not just a sports section; we are a sports family, and every child can become a part of it
